  • Led the transformation of a WordPress-based real estate solution into a unified multi-tenant SaaS platform centered on a Vue SPA, consolidating CRM, website management, marketing, roster management, and other core functionality for 182 organizations and 425,000+ users. Built an AdonisJS REST API for application-specific functionality, reducing coupling with the core business API.
  • Grew the engineering team from one developer to five, introducing Agile/Scrum processes, structured onboarding documentation, and engineering standards. Mentored engineers through system design and code reviews, and conducted 30+ technical interviews.
  • Spearheaded a multi-tenant CMS initiative in partnership with product, replacing 20+ legacy WordPress multisite networks and a fragmented ecosystem of themes and plugins with a unified Nuxt and AdonisJS platform. It now powers 39 organizations and 89 websites, giving the team a cohesive product foundation to evolve.
  • Expanded production infrastructure from a single static Vue SPA deployment into a multi-application AWS environment supporting web applications, APIs, and background services. Introduced GitHub Actions CI/CD and Sentry observability as traffic scaled to 100M+ requests per month.
  • Built a self-service staging platform that automatically provisioned isolated environments for pull requests across 7 repositories, with configurable dependencies and automatic database cloning. Replaced batch testing on a shared branch with independent feature testing, preventing a single failed feature from blocking an entire release.
  • Built the shared client layer for the company's REST APIs, with JavaScript and PHP libraries for internal applications and a JavaScript SDK and embeddable app for client websites. Standardized authentication, account workflows, lead capture, and API access behind a consistent interface, replacing duplicated per-application and per-site integration code.

  • Built and continue to operate a gaming platform that indexes and ranks community-run multiplayer game servers, running continuously since 2007 and reaching $40,000+ in annual advertising revenue at its peak while I was in high school.
  • Operate a long-running community for developers and gamers (68,000+ members, 83,000+ threads, 400,000+ posts) where members share projects, releases, and tutorials.
  • Built and operate a file sharing and paste service that has stored 5.7M+ files and served 16.9M+ views, built on a custom MVC framework I co-authored in 2011 and later reused to rebuild the game server platform.
